The Experience
Many of my couples get married in bucket list locations, in front of views that are undeniably stunning. However, the most powerful part of your photos + film should always be you. There are so many sweet, intimate moments that happen in these wildly epic settings - and those moments are what inspire me the most. Wrapping your spouse’s hands in yours to keep warm on the mountaintop as the sun sets… brushing the tears off your love’s face as they see you for the first time that day… water rushing over your bare feet as you run into the ocean hand in hand… laughing together as the forest breeze carries away your veil yet again… these are the moments that really are everything.

My job is to document your day as it organically unfolds - not to turn your wedding day into a shot list or a series of overly curated moments. I will guide you and support you every step of the way, jumping in to help you find the best light and giving you prompts that will result in beautiful and authentic imagery + films. Your experience of your wedding day will always be more important than the photos or videos, and honestly… the more you’re enjoying your day, the better your photos + videos will turn out.

After you've recharged from your epic celebration, I know you'll be dreaming for your photo and/or video delivery!! You can expect to recieve some sneak peaks within 48 hours of your wedding/shoot, because I also can't wait to edit those moments. Then your full photo gallery will be delivered within 6 weeks and your final film within 10 weeks.

Whether I'm filming your surprise proposal or photographing your fam's post-ceremony boating excursion, it's your day, your adventure, your epic experience. So your only job is to fully enjoy your day, we've spent so long planning. I will be there to document each moment as they unfolds organically - the messy tears, the silly laughs, the kick-ass adventures... all of it.

Travel fees are not included in my packages. You can expect me to add the direct costs of travel to your package as I book my flights, lodging, rental car, etc. After shooting in 10+ countries and all over the US, I’ve gotten quite familiar with booking reliable transportation at the best rates. I’m also super familiar with permit + work visa processes, and can help guide you through location scouting, ceremony permits, and more for your big day.
100%. At the time of booking you will pay a $1,000 deposit; the remainder of your payment isn’t due until the wedding day, but you can totally pay in smaller chunks leading up to your date if that works better for ya! Most of my couples do custom payment plans with me.
Yes! I offer joint packages for elopements as a solo shooter, and joint packages with second shooters for intimate weddings. I only take on a few of these per year, and only when doing both will best serve my couple.
When I’m shooting both solo I wear a dual camera harness that allows me to alternate seamlessly between photo and video throughout the day! For the ceremony/vows I set up cameras on tripods to film while I photograph, and for the rest of the day(s) I just go back and forth. I love offering this service to my couples because it keeps the elopement experience even more intimate and creates stylistic consistency across their photos and film!
Yes please! Many of my couples hire me to capture multiple days of their wedding week adventures. In the past this has looked like hiking, snorkeling, helicopter rides, safari game drives, kayaking, catamaran cruises, extra portrait sessions, rehearsal dinners, exploring downtown, ziplining, beach days, cenote tours, and more. I’m down for it all!!
